Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of sample packs, presets, and project templates at Tuniwave Sounds are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We only issue refunds in the following specific cases:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.

• Technical Issue: If the file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement after you have contacted our support.

• Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link and have contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

3. Ghost Production Services

For custom services like Ghost Production, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific project contract. Generally, deposits for work started are non-refundable.
