Tuniwave Sounds | License Agreement

1. Grant of License

By purchasing any product from Tuniwave Sounds, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the included audio content within your own original musical compositions.

2. Royalty-Free Usage

  • Commercial Releases: You may use our loops, one-shots, and presets in tracks released on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and for live performances.

  • Synchronization: You may use these sounds in film, TV, advertisements, or video games.

  • No Attribution Required: You are not legally required to credit Tuniwave Sounds in your song titles or metadata.

3. DAW Templates (Strict Educational Policy)

  • Learning Purpose: All project templates (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro) are provided strictly for learning and educational purposes. They are intended to demonstrate professional mixing, arrangement, and sound design techniques.

  • Release Restrictions: You cannot release a template track "as-is" under your own name or alias. You are prohibited from rendering the template and distributing it to streaming platforms or stores.

  • Originality Requirement: To release a track based on a template, you must significantly change the melodies, arrangement, and overall composition so that it becomes an original work.

4. Prohibited Actions

  • No Reselling: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the individual sounds or templates in any "standalone" format or as part of a competing sample library.

  • No Content ID Registration: You cannot register the individual loops or template melodies with "Content ID" systems (like YouTube CID) as your exclusive intellectual property.

5. Ownership

Tuniwave Sounds remains the sole owner of the original audio files and template structures. This license only grants you the right to incorporate them into your new, original creations.

6. Termination

This license is perpetual but may be terminated if any of the above terms (especially the Template Release Policy) are violated.
